Your data will be processed by MOMA DMC in order to provide you with the information you have requested.

They will not be communicated to third parties or used for any other purpose.

In compliance with the regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation, we inform you that you may exercise your right of access, rectification, erasure or objection by sending an email to the address: monica.paussi@momadmc.com attaching a photocopy of your ID card, NIE or passport for verification of your identity.

We also inform you that you may file a complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that your rights have been violated.

The data provided will not be used for profiling purposes nor will it be communicated to third parties, with the exception of legal obligations, and will be kept for the duration of the relationship or for the years necessary to cover the liability of the legal obligations.

Your data will be retained for two years and will be destroyed at the end of this period unless a service relationship continues to exist or you exercise your right to erasure before that date.
