The exercise of the rights must be carried out by the user himself, by his heir or by a person authorised to act as the legal representative of the authorised person. In this case, the documents attesting to the representation of the interested party, the acceptance of the inheritance or the powers of attorney must be provided.
We also inform you that you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that your rights have been violated.
